At The Abs Company, we are committed to your fitness journey and offer a 30-day return policy on all equipment to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the unit if necessary and securely pack it in its original box with all manuals, hardware, and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
